I love this school simulation game. It is very enjoyable, but it has a lot of very grindy achievements like many tycoon games have. Gladly you can keep reloading a save-file to speed up some of them.

I loved this school tycoon game! I had so much fun with hunting down the achievements. It has a lot of grindy one and after a while that was boring, but I still enjoy this game so much. Before you start a game you have the option to choose how your students behave, are they angels or devils, or maybe something in between. Are they tidy, or messy, stuff like that. This will help you with hunting down specific achievements. You choose also which outfit they will wear, and on the steam workshop there are a lot more options, even harry potter uniforms!

After you choose all the basic stuff and gave your school a name and slogan you’ll start your new school with a big piece of land on which you’ll start building your school. Once you have built the basics you can accept students and start the school year. During the school year, you can keep on building, but you can’t accept new students during the school year, only at the start of a new one. This game has a lot of different kind of rooms you can resource and add to your school. The game will give you “to-do quests” which help you get through the game easily.

As stated above this game has achievements that are grindy, very very grindy. You can save at any moment during the game and you can reload a save file while keeping the stats you already had. This will make some achievements so much easier. Like the achievements for students with bad behavior. There are “quests” that will give you 10 student of each of the 3 bad behavior types. I made a new save file just before accepting those and kept reloading day 1 that they arrived because it felt that they behaved the most horrible during that first day. This trick also comes in handy with the achievement for earning 100k dollars through vending machines. This might be the most grindy achievement in the game.

This review is written on 25 Augustus 2019 based on the Steam version which has 140 achievement when I write this review. The information can be outdated when developers add or remove achievements.
