Clam Man Review

Clam Man

A point & click adventure with a lot of humor. 100% takes around 1,5-2,5. Has some missable achievements but a new playthrough doesn’t take too long.

Approximate amount of time to 100%: 1,5 – 2,5h
Estimated achievement difficulty: 2/10
Minimum number of playthroughs needed: 1 if using a trick from the guide from Hanni, 2 if you don’t use that.
Is there a good guide available: Yes, the one from Hanni on the steam forum
Multiplayer achievements: No
Missable achievements: A few, but if you have to replay the game for them it will take around 30 minutes to replay the game when skipping the text.
Grinding Achievements: No
DLC-Only achievements: No
Time-gated achievements: No
RNG-achievements: No
Does difficulty affect achievements: no difficulty option
Unobtainable/glitched achievements: No

This is a fun point & click adventure with a lot of humor. There are only a very few puzzles in this game, you mostly should play it for the story.

Some of the achievements are missable, but a new replay doesn’t take too long to get them. Use the guide from Hanni to get the missing achievements. There is no chapter selection at the end of this game, only the option to start a new game.

The only downside of this game is the high price for such a short game. There has gone a lot of energy and most of all care into this game but the price still feels a bit too high. I highly recommend this game when it is on sale.
