What an awesome adventure game in which you build items with LEGO to solve puzzles. It has no missable achievements and takes around 15 hours to complete. Keep an eye out for the breakable pieces. Otherwise, that achievement might take a long time to find the missing ones.

LEGO Bricktales is an awesome game in which you build LEGO projects to solve puzzles. You arrive at your granddad’s workplace, but at that moment, everything goes wrong, and it is up to you to help fix all kinds of things in the different LEGO worlds in this game. There are five normal worlds and a bunch of optional holiday seasonal content.
Every time you enter a new world, you face a problem. However, it is never straightforward and always requires building many buildings/items and solving people’s problems. You will get to know the people in that world and see how the things going on in that specific world are intertwined.
As a child, I had a lot of LEGO, and as an adult, I have most of the Botanical LEGO sets, but I’m not an average builder. I don’t even like to build LEGO sets, but this game is great, and it looks so cool! The puzzles can be challenging; some are very straightforward, others require more complicated solutions, and some require just trying out stuff. Gladly, you even get awarded for that with an achievement that a project failed the first time trying :P. What I found extra special is that your buildings really show up in the game world. So if you care how a building looks, you can eat your heart out in this game and buy additional colors to make it look different than with the basic blocks.
None of the achievements are missable, and completion takes around 15 hours. I would highly recommend breaking every breakable thing you see, as there is an achievement for doing so, and that is the most challenging achievement. Finding the ones you missed can be challenging. (For me, it was one of those in the pyramid with the skeletons, next to the stairs). You can’t solve everything right off the bat, as for some, you need abilities you unlock later, so play through the story first, and after that, go through the five worlds again to find all the chests and all the pets. (The last chest is for delivering all 20 pets to the right NPC.) The seasonal content is completely optional and not required for the achievements.
I give LEGO Bricktales 4.5 out of 5 stars.
