I liked this tower sim builder a lot. I have previously played “Project Highrise” but found that one very harsh on placement rules. This one was much more enjoyable and relaxed. People are less happy against rooms that make a lot of noise, but you will not directly go into debt, because everybody won’t leave your building right away.
There are 2 achievements that are very grindy: level 99 and the 500 days. I played the game for 9 hours actively and after that I got most of the other achievements except 400 days, 500 days and level 99. I let the game run in the background to get those last few. 100 in-game days take around 3h on the highest speed. Keep in mind that when there is an event in-game that it will reset the time to normal, so you have to check from time to time if it is still on the highest speed.
You can see I have more game time in this game than listed above. That is because I started on a huge map and I couldn’t get the achievement for buying all plots. I had to start over on a normal size map and make 2 million dollars to buy those 2 plots for this achievement.
In this game, you get quests that give you money and experience. Don’t be afraid to delete a quest if you don’t want to do that one or it takes too long, because that will free a spot in the quest log and you’ll get a new one (or the same one) the next in-game day. Try to do as many of the quests as you can, since it gives a lot of experience.
I really enjoyed this tycoon kind of game and completed it in around 1 day in real life. I just had so much fun while playing actively and didn’t mind running the game in the background when I only needed those last few achievements.
