Rex: Another Island is a fun short platformer game. You play as a dinosaur who can only receive one hit. You’ll have to get through a few different areas to get to the normal ending. For another ending you’ll have to get all 777 rings, most are listed in the game, a few are not and are a bit hidden. The first ones are when you enter the game to your left at the end of the water, with a few others around the airship area, hidden behind a big cloud. For the last ending, you have to collect all 5 diamonds. Those you can easily find when following the signs that point you in the right direction.
If you’re good at (precision) platformers, this is an easy completion, possible in under an hour. I suck at precision platformers and around the end, there was a part that was very hard for me and I needed a lot of attempts. One area I didn’t know how to get out and it took me a while to think about warping my way out of there. The other part is just hard and you have to learn how to make the right jumps. Most of the game was easy, just a few spots gave me a hard time. I did enjoy this short game a lot.
