This is a fun VN and match 3 in real-time combat game. It has very easy achievements and a few that are missable. Check out my full review to know which those are. 6h to 100%, very fun game!

Missable achievements: Yes, you’ll have to do all the side quests, summon everybody at least once in battle. furthermore, you’ll need to collect every item in the game in one playthrough. I’ve written a guide on steam for this one since it’s the one I missed after my first playthrough.
Grinding Achievements: No

Time-gated achievements: No
RNG-achievements: No
Does difficulty affect achievements: No, you can even play this game on assist mode and get the achievements. This mode will protect Jun from getting any damage during combat. I wouldn’t suggest putting this on since it takes away the fun of the fights.
Unobtainable/glitched achievements: No
This is a visual novel combined with match 3 in real-time during the combats. I don’t like visual novels that much but enjoyed this story. Most of all the battles are so much fun. The artwork of this game is amazing. There is not much voice-over, that was something I kind of missed in this game. There are a few miss-able achievements as listed above.
